I created this document to capture the details of our family’s estate.  After my experience becoming a guardian, I realized the importance and criticality of an estate planning organizer.  If I were to become somehow incapacitated or unable to care for my day-to-day responsibilities, a document like this would enable a trusted agent to step in and help.
