Born in India, raised in Australia, and having built my professional career in America, my journey has been rich with diverse experiences. I’ve navigated various roles, from securing a data entry position at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at the age of 20 to advancing into senior executive management, gaining over 30 years of experience in business, IT systems, financial management, and human resources. Throughout my career, I discovered my true passion lies in fostering personal and professional growth.

As a certified executive coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am dedicated to supporting your individual and professional aspirations. My mission is to cultivate dynamic, adaptable, and effective leaders capable of propelling their organizations toward success. I am joyfully married to the Founder of RuReady.fyi, and together we cherish a beautiful, blended family of four children and three grandchildren. The evolution from being a sibling, daughter, and friend to becoming a wife, mother, and now grandmother has profoundly shaped who I am today.
