Refund and Returns Policy

At RuReady.fyi, we stand by the quality of our products and services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a money-back guarantee subject to the terms below.
- Our Commitment. If you are not satisfied with a product or service you have purchased, we ask that you first give us the opportunity to make things right. We value your feedback and require that you let us know specifically what you were dissatisfied with so we can improve.
- Eligibility for Refunds. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable time limits listed below:
- Digital Downloads. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the download date.
- Consulting & Coaching Services. Refund requests must be made within 90 days from the date the service begins.
- Service Contracts. If a services contract has been signed and paid for, but the customer fails to schedule their sessions, the contract will be deemed fulfilled at the conclusion of twice the contract length. For example, a six-month contract will be considered completed at the 12-month mark. If a customer is having difficulty scheduling an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Refund Process. To request a refund, please contact us at Refunds@RuReady.fyi with your order details and a description of your concern.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days once approved.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or lack sufficient explanation of dissatisfaction.
- Certain products or services may be exempt from refunds if clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Colorado Law. This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
