Founder
Eric Richardson is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 30 years of experience leading large-scale organizations, designing logistics systems, and advising senior leaders on national defense strategy. After retiring, Eric founded RuReady to make the frameworks and thinking models that shaped his career accessible to everyone. He is most proud of watching the people around him grow.

Born in India, raised in Australia, and having built her career in the United States, including senior advisory roles at the International Monetary Fund. Rekha brings a genuinely global perspective to leadership and personal development.
