Dedication and Acknowledgment

I dedicate this collection of work to my wife, Rekha, and our children, Melyssa, Trent, Danielle, and Tyler, and to our grandchildren, Archer, Everett, and Olive.  Your love, support, and encouragement have made all of this possible.

At this stage of life, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on the many people who have shaped my journey.  Any success I have experienced is not mine alone; it is the result of the guidance, support, and belief of family, friends, and colleagues along the way.

To my parents, John and Cris, thank you for teaching me early what it means to be an adult.  Those lessons gave me a foundation that has carried me throughout my life.  To my brother Steve, thank you for always being there as a trusted sounding board.

To Mike, Judy, Don, and Elaine—parents of my closest friends—thank you for caring enough to share your wisdom and life lessons with all of us.  Your influence reached further than you may have realized.

To Keven, Matt, Brian, Trevor, Dan, Mark, and Keylee, my brothers and sister, as the saying goes, from another mother, thank you for your friendship and for continually pushing me to become a better version of myself.

And to my many friends and colleagues over the years: there are too many to name without risking omission, but your impact has been lasting.  In many ways, the long hours and shared challenges made you feel more like family than coworkers.  Your support, insight, and camaraderie played a meaningful role in every success I achieved.
