Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment. If you are not satisfied with a product or service you have purchased, we ask that you first give us the opportunity to make things right. We value your feedback and ask that you let us know specifically what you were dissatisfied with so we can improve.
2. Eligibility for Refunds. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable time limits below:
• Digital Downloads. Because digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are granted at our discretion and are generally limited to cases in which the file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description.
• Coaching Services. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the date the service begins.
• Service Contracts. If a service contract has been signed and paid for but the customer does not schedule sessions, the contract will be considered fulfilled at the end of twice the original contract period. For example, a six-month contract will be considered fulfilled 12 months after it begins. If you are having difficulty scheduling an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be denied.
4. Exceptions. Certain products or services may be exempt from refunds if clearly stated at the time of purchase.
