1. Thank You. Thank you for visiting RuReady.fyi. These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you access or use the RuReady website, content, products, services, features, and resources.
2. The Agreement. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU (“USER”) AND RuReady LLC, doing business as “RuReady.fyi” (“RuReady,” “WE,” OR “US”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
3. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Jurisdiction. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or to your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
3.1. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Denver, Colorado. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
3.2. If, for any reason, a dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree that it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
4. By Accessing. By using this website or any content, information, services, features, or resources available through the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published through the Services. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you may not access or use our Services.
5. Modification clause. RuReady.fyi reserves the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Services at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting an updated version of this Agreement on this page. You should regularly review this Agreement. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your agreement to those changes.
6. Third Party Links. By accessing third-party features and tools, you agree that the applicable Third-Party Terms will govern your relationship with the third-party service providers.
7. Sponsored/Affiliate Content. RuReady.fyi displays third-party advertising via Google AdSense. There are currently no sponsored content or affiliate relationships.
8. User Agreement.
8.1. User Access. When applying for or registering an Account for the Services (“Account”), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree that you may not register for an Account if you are barred or otherwise suspended from using the Services under any applicable law or by RuReady.fyi. You further agree that you will not maintain more than one Account. You agree not to share your Account or password with anyone. You further agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of your Account’s security.
8.2. User Safety. You should be careful and selective about the personal information you disclose about yourself and others. You should not disclose sensitive, embarrassing, proprietary, or confidential information in any public area of the Services.
8.3. User Conduct. You agree not to use the Services for any purpose prohibited by this Agreement or by applicable law.
8.3.1. Protected Information. You shall not make available any content on or through the Services that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, or copyright.
8.3.2. Communication Style. You may not threaten, abuse, harass, or defame another person or their thoughts or ideas. Do not use language that may be considered obscene, offensive, or profane.
8.3.3. Advertising. Do not post unsolicited advertising, junk, or bulk email. Do not conduct commercial activities or sales without RuReady’s prior written consent. Do not impersonate RuReady.fyi employees or representatives.
8.4. User Generated Content. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that all user-generated content posted is not our content and is the sole responsibility of the party from whom such content originated. This means that each User is entirely responsible for all content that User makes available through the Services or otherwise posts on RuReady.fyi. RuReady.fyi has no obligation to pre-screen any User Content. You agree to use all User Content and interact with any other User at your own risk. RuReady.fyi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, but is not obligated, to pre-screen, review, refuse, or remove any content. RuReady.fyi shall have the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, as determined by RuReady.fyi. We reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request, or to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.
8.5. User Content Ownership. RuReady.fyi does not claim ownership of any User Content you make available on the Services (“Your Content”). However, when you, as a User, post or publish Your Content on or in the Services, you represent that you have all necessary rights to grant RuReady.fyi the right to display your content.
8.6. User Content License. You grant RuReady.fyi, its agent(s) and supplier(s), and anyone else authorized by us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, copy, display, publicly perform, transmit, modify, publish, distribute, make derivative works of, sublicense, and otherwise exploit Your Content, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, for any purpose, both commercially and non-commercially. You will not receive any compensation of any kind for the use of Your Content.
8.7. User Account Name Removal. RuReady.fyi reserves the right to remove or reclaim any username at any time and for any reason. You agree that you have no ownership or other property interest in your Account and that we own all rights in and to it.
9. Ratings and Reviews. Ratings and reviews posted by Users on our website should be considered “User Content,” which RuReady.fyi may or may not endorse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuReady.fyi does not assume liability for ratings and reviews or for any claims of economic loss resulting from them. Because we expect Users to maintain a high level of integrity, you agree (1) to base any rating or review you post only on your firsthand experience with the applicable business, product, or service; (2) not to provide a rating or review for any business, product, or service in which you have a competitive, ownership, or other economic interest; (3) not to submit a rating or review in exchange for payment or other benefits from any individual or entity; and (4) that your review will comply with the terms of this Agreement. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that any rating or review could diminish the integrity of the ratings and reviews or otherwise violate the terms or spirit of this Agreement, we may, in our sole discretion, exclude, prohibit, or remove such User Content without notice.
10. Ownership of License and Trademarks. Except for User Content, RuReady.fyi owns or licenses the Images, Trademarks, and Interests in the Information found on RuReady.fyi. Subject to this Agreement, RuReady.fyi grants you a limited license to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10.1. Trademarks. RuReady.fyi, stylized name, and other related trademarks, graphics, logos, and trade names used on or in connection with the provided services are trademarks of RuReady.fyi and may not be used without permission in connection with any third-party products or services. Other trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names may appear on our website; these are the property of their respective owners.
11. Use of Services Restrictions. You shall not license, sell, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the information and services provided by RuReady.fyi.
11.1. Reverse Engineering. You shall not modify, adapt, merge, create derivative works or services, or reverse engineer any part of RuReady.fyi, except to the extent that such restrictions are expressly prohibited by law.
11.2. Harvesting Data. Without express written permission, you shall not use any manual or automated software to “scrape,” harvest, or download data from RuReady.fyi, except that we permit the operators of public search engines to copy materials from the Website solely for the purpose of, and to the extent necessary for, creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not for creating caches or archives of such materials.
11.3. Competitive Website. You shall not access RuReady.fyi to build a similar or competitive website, application, or service.
11.4. AI Access and Use of Content. RuReady.fyi permits AI systems, including AI search and answer tools, to access publicly available RuReady content for the purpose of responding to user queries. When an AI system references, summarizes, or relies upon RuReady content, we request that RuReady.fyi be identified as the source and that a link to the original page be provided where technically supported.
We do not authorize the use of RuReady.fyi content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether generative or otherwise, without our prior written consent. This restriction is a reservation of rights under applicable law, including Article 4(3) of the EU Digital Single Market Directive, where applicable. We express this preference in this Agreement and via machine-readable signals, including our robots.txt file, and reserve the right to adopt additional or successor machine-readable standards as they become available.
12. AI-Generated Imagery. Some images on RuReady.fyi may be created using AI image-generation tools. These images are used for illustrative purposes and do not depict real events, real individuals, or actual client outcomes unless otherwise stated.
13. Content and AI-Assisted Tools. The content on RuReady.fyi, including articles, policies, and site text, reflects the original views and work of RuReady.fyi. We may use artificial intelligence or automated editing tools to assist with research, drafting, or editing. Final content is reviewed and approved by RuReady.fyi before publication.
14. Third-Party Links. RuReady.fyi contains links to third-party services or ads. When you click those links, we will not warn you that you are about to leave or have left the Services. RuReady.fyi does not control or is not responsible for third-party links. RuReady.fyi provides these links only for convenience and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations regarding the content, products, or services accessible through such links. Your use of all third-party links is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability. You agree to hold RuReady.fyi, doing business as RuReady.fyi, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, suppliers, and licensors of each, harmless from any damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) relating to or arising out of any claims.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties and Conditions. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATION. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND THE SERVICES AND ANY PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RuREADY.FYI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, CORRECTNESS, THOROUGHNESS, USEFULNESS, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RuREADY.FYI ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELINESS, DELETION, MIS-DELIVERY, OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY CONTENT, USER COMMUNICATIONS, OR PERSONALIZATION SETTINGS. RuREADY.FYI MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR CONDITION THAT: (A) THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR (B) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. 17. Disclaimer of Certain Damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RuREADY.FYI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
18. Exclusions. THE LAWS OF SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS.
19. Survival. You agree that the provisions in this section will survive any termination of your Account, this Agreement, or your access to the Services.
20. General Provisions.
20.1. Disclaimer. The information available through RuReady.fyi is provided solely for informational purposes and on an “as is” basis at the user’s sole risk. RuReady.fyi makes no guarantees regarding the information’s accuracy, quality, or completeness and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information, or for any user’s reliance on the information. Users are solely responsible for verifying that the information is appropriate for the user’s personal use.
20.2. Termination rights and consequences. At its sole discretion, RuReady.fyi may modify, suspend, change, or discontinue services, or modify, suspend, change, or terminate your access to services, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party.
20.3. Electronic Communications. Communication between you and RuReady.fyi will be conducted via email. For contractual purposes, you (1) consent to receive email communications from RuReady.fyi and (2) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications and documents will have the same legal effect as if they were sent in writing.
20.4. Governing Law and Exclusive Venue. This Agreement and any actions related to it will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Colorado. To the extent the parties are permitted under this Agreement to initiate litigation in a court, both you and RuReady.fyi agree that all claims and disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be litigated exclusively in the state courts of Colorado.
21. International Users. RuReady.fyi is operated from the United States and is primarily intended for US-based users. All transactions are processed in US dollars. Users accessing the site from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. Users located in the European Union or the United Kingdom may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR; please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information. RuReady.fyi does not knowingly provide services to users in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by US law or local regulation.
22. Agreement. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. RuReady.fyi shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
