Hi, I’m Rekha, RuReady’s Executive Leadership Coach. While Eric writes the articles and builds the framework, I work one-on-one with leaders on the human side: the challenges, doubts, and breakthroughs a framework alone can’t capture.
I’m a certified executive leadership coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, with over 30 years of experience across business, financial management, human resources, and IT systems. Born in India and raised in Australia, I built my career in the United States, including senior leadership and advisory roles at the International Monetary Fund. I have a genuinely global perspective on leadership and personal development.
In this space, real leadership challenges meet honest conversation.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training, mentoring, advising, counseling, and coaching countless individuals from diverse backgrounds. My journey has been marked by both challenges and opportunities, mirroring the experiences of those I’ve had the honor of supporting. Coach’s Corner is born from our shared stories.

– Consultant: They do not provide direct solutions or take over decision-making; instead, they guide clients to find their own answers.
– Mentor: Unlike a mentor, who may share their own experiences and provide advice, an executive coach focuses on facilitating the client’s personal and professional development.
– Magic Fixer: They don’t offer quick fixes; instead, they support clients through a process of continuous growth and development.
