Rekha Jillella | Partner & Executive Leadership Coach

Hi there!

I’m Rekha Jillella, RuReady’s Partner and Executive Leadership Coach, and an ICF-accredited coach with more than 30 years of experience spanning business, IT systems, financial management, and human resources.

My path took me from a data entry role at the International Monetary Fund at age 20, through senior executive leadership, and eventually to coaching, where I found the work I was always meant to do: helping people grow.

I coach leaders who want to lead with more confidence, make sharper decisions under pressure, and build teams people genuinely want to work for. Whether you’re navigating a promotion, a difficult team dynamic, or simply feel stuck in old patterns, I help you find a path forward that fits who you are, not a one-size-fits-all leadership formula.

Born in India, raised in Australia, and having built my career in the United States, I bring a genuinely global perspective to every conversation. Outside of coaching, I’m married to Eric, RuReady’s Founder and Owner. Together, we have a blended family of four children and three grandchildren. This role continues to teach me as much about leadership as any boardroom ever did.
